TC Radio & Bulldog TV is managed by the TV/Video Production & Radio/Audio Production Instructor at the Dr. James A. Forrest Career and Technology Center in Leonardtown, MD.  All productions available on TC Radio & Bulldog TV are student produced.  The Forrest Tech Center is part of St. Mary's County Public Schools.
